Acceptance of Terms
- –By accessing or using Shorturlfy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- –We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Use of the Service
- –You must be at least 13 years old to use Shorturlfy. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
- –You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@shorturlfy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- –Free accounts are limited to 50 short links per month. Paid plans have higher or unlimited limits as described on our Pricing page.
- –You may not use automated means to create links in bulk beyond what the API plan permits.

Prohibited Conduct
- –You may not use the Service to shorten URLs that contain or lead to: malware, phishing pages, illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others.
- –You may not use Shorturlfy to distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive content.
- –You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service infrastructure.
- –Links found to violate these terms will be deactivated without notice. Accounts with repeat violations will be permanently suspended.

Intellectual Property
- –The Shorturlfy platform, branding, and software are owned by Shorturlfy, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- –You retain all rights to the original URLs and content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content to operate the Service.
- –You may not use the Shorturlfy name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.

Disclaimers
- –The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- –We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
- –We are not responsible for the content of external websites that short links redirect to.

Limitation of Liability
- –To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shorturlfy, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- –Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law
- –These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- –Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms
- –We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect for paid subscribers.
- –The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated.
